6-9pm - SARA Race Registration at the TOW Check-in
Lift Tickets: $27.00/day* – racers and students
$43.00/day* – Family Members of Racers (adults)- lift tickets are payable at Snowshoe ticket window at registration
Competition Fees: $35.00 – per racer. Please makes checks payable to SSTPA
Coaches meeting at 8pm – meet at registration

Timberline Qualifier Race weekend is open to J1/2/3/4/5/M, but is only a qualifier for J1/2/3/4′s. Registration closes 5 days prior to race dates.

Wintergreen has rescheduled their GS race for February 20th, 2012

Please remember to always check the race schedule for changes during the season. Weather to make snow with lack of snow on a race hill is preventing a lot of the clubs from hosting races. Only certain slopes are qualified under USSA guidelines to set up a race on a slope. Depth of snow on a race hill to adequately hold gates is another reason. With this said, SAFETY is always our primary concern in uncertain weather conditions!

VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED FOR EVERY RACE- PLEASE SIGN UP!

Volunteers are the backbone of every race. Without participation (HELP), sometimes a race will delayed until enough volunteers are signed up. Also, clubs very in size with numbers and the small clubs may not have enough members to volunteer for every position needed at a race.

It’s convenient to volunteer for your own club/mountain, but it’s also fun to help at other mountains. The positions are not hard to learn and at times the clubs will offer training sessions. When participating at other mountains, you have to the opportunity to meet other club members and gain new friends.

Please consider volunteering as a gate keeper, hand timer, scoreboard, registration, course maintenance. As with any club or organization, it takes us the volunteers to make the event or race successful!

How do you sign up? Just email or call the mountain rep and let them know you would like to volunteer to work at a race or event. The Board of Directors list has every contact for each club.
